Teammate Components Overview

Model Name

• Model names starting with “Azure” are hosted on a secure Azure instance and are suitable for unclassified company confidential matters.
• Model names starting with “OpenAI” use an OpenAI API, and thus are suitable for unclassified non-company confidential uses.

Prompt Template

Add instructions to be passed in every time a user passes in an input to the Teammate. Reference the input with {{question}}. This is often used for instructions about how to process the user’s input.

Teammate Instructions

These are general instructions that the teammate has about its general behavior. This is where you can tell the teammate what it is and what it does.

Select Knowledge Base for Teammate

• This section includes information and content for the teammate to access. Select from OpenSearch, TorqData, and Document Collection.
• For document collection, name the document collection and describe the files.

Select Tools

• Choose from the list of tools on the right side. These tools can give extra functionality and add integrations into the Teammate.
• To remove a tool, press delete, and to add another one, press “Add.”
